I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with excellent animation and a variety of family-friendly activities that kept everyone entertained. The food was continuously praised for its quality and selection, making it a delight for our taste buds. However, the cleanliness in our room was occasionally lacking, requiring requests for improvement, and our bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the beach was beautiful and relaxing, making it a memorable family vacation.
We had an excellent stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful grounds and well-maintained pools. Although the food was a bit repetitive, we never went hungry. While the beach is quite pebbly and might not be ideal for everyone, the animation team and family-friendly amenities made our time truly enjoyable. A few drawbacks included the language barrier with some staff and the somewhat limited dining options.

We had a wonderful family vacation with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The kids absolutely loved the pools and the water slides. The dining options were varied and catered well to all tastes, but we found the drinks to be a bit on the smaller side. Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks such as the lack of a bath in our room and the somewhat unprofessional behavior of a staff member at the slides that raised concerns.
